Eligibility & Participation:
1) To be eligible to enter the competition, you must:
a. be 18 years of age or over;
b. be a resident in the UK for participating UK Guinot salons and Ireland for participating Irish Guinot Salons;
c. not be an employee of Guinot or participating Guinot Salon; and
d. comply with these terms and conditions.
2) Eligible customers to make a “Qualifying Purchase” at participating location, during validity period to qualify for entry into competition to win a “Free Treatment”, it cannot be used in conjunction with any other product or treatment offers, including gift vouchers, promotional packages, promotional offer vouchers and sales
3) To participate, eligible customers must peel the voucher on the promotional wrap band of the Qualifying Purchase to reveal “ Winner” and winning code this is a “Winning Voucher” or Sorry this is a losing voucher. Winners are identified by the words “winner” and a winning code
Qualifying Purchase:
1) A “Qualifying Purchase” is a full price, promotional Gommage Age Summum between 5th May and 6th July at the participating location, all other sales channels are excluded. Item is identified via promotional wrap band
2) The Qualifying Purchase is subject to product availability
3) Qualifying Purchases are sold at Salon Owners discretion, they may, at their sole discretion, refuse to sell a to any person without giving reasons.
4) A Qualifying Purchase may not be transferred from a person listed as the purchaser.
5) By purchasing a Qualifying Purchase, you confirm that you’re 18 years or older at the date when you purchased.
6) By purchasing, or attempting to purchase a Qualifying Purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7) If a refund is due for the Qualifying Purchase as standard consumer rights apply, the promotional wrap band must be returned with the purchase and if applicable no “Free Treatment” can be claimed
Free Treatment:
8) Free Treatment is 1x Age Summum Facial
9) Free Treatment cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
10) Free Treatment cannot be substituted for any other service, item, cash or credit
11) Free Treatment must be performed at participating location of purchase and is nontransferable
12) Free Treatment is subject to standard salon terms and conditions, availability, contraindications and at salon owners’ discretion
How to Claim:
1) Winning Voucher and code to be stipulated at time of booking and presented and returned to salon at point of purchase
2) Original Winning Vouchers must be presented to claim the “Free Treatment” digital copies, or verbal statement of the code will not be accepted
3) Participants must claim their Free Treatment within 3 months of purchasing their Qualifying Purchase

as long as you are located in the mainland United Kingdom (other than the Scottish Highlands, or Northern Ireland where delivery will take longer) or the Republic of Ireland.
