We understand that you may wish to return product(s) purchased from guinotshop.co.uk. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will offer you a full refund. The items must be returned unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. However, if you have had an allergic reaction, or the product is damaged or faulty we would require you to send photo evidence to our Customer Service Team before a refund can be agreed.
Please be aware that Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are only valid to be used on Guinotshop.co.uk. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in a Guinot Salon or Franchise.
How do I request a return?
Contact our customer service team on 01344 873123 or alternatively send your request to customer.services@guinotmarycohr.com providing your order number, product(s) you wish to return and reasons for return. Once the return has been accepted by our customer service team, we will provide you with a returns reference number which you must include when returning the item back to us.
Where do I send my return?
Online orders must be returned to our warehouse. We cannot accept returns at any of our salons. Please ensure that you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.

You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.
Please note, Guinot does not pay for returns or send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.
When will I receive a refund?
Once we have received your parcel and it has been logged on our system, our customer service team will be in contact to confirm the receipt of the returned goods and that your refund/exchange has been issued accordingly. Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed and for our customer service team to contact you.
All refunds will be processed back on to the card originally used for purchase. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment.
Please note, we cannot refund any postal, tax, customs, or duties charges that you may have incurred at the time of delivery or return unless agreed by our customer services team.
