All our UK and Irish packages are sent out by DPD using their Tracked Service. Orders over £50/€60 will receive free delivery within a maximum of 2 working days for orders placed before 11am on any working day.
All parcels can be tracked online here with the tracking number that is emailed to you when your order has been shipped.
Please note, Guinot can not be held responsible for packages going missing on customers properties when instructions have been left to leave in a safe place.
A minimum spend of £50/€60 is required for free delivery in the UK and Ireland.
We strive every day to dispatch as many orders as we can. Usually, that means that most orders get dispatched the same day if ordered before 11am.
We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched so you'll know that is on its way to you.
We have to alert DPD as soon as we know that a parcel has been lost / not delivered.
We have up to 14 days to log a claim with DPD, where if the parcel is not recovered, we would receive up to £100 of the orders value
